French Antique Market Basket for Fruit & Vegetables
This is a very strong basket with carrying handles at each end it is quite a heavy piece as it has been woven on a metal frame so that to can transport the heaviest Vegetables
The basket comes from France and was originally used to transport the Fruit Vegetables to the market. The basket has 2 carrying handles and is woven in cane which has now been bleached by the sun
The basket is 15” high, 18” wide and 27” long
