This is a pretty tabletop sized storage basket with a handle. It was curated along with a wicker wastebasket and we believe both have been painted by the original owner. The wastebasket is also listed in our shop at the time of this posting. This would be perfect as a tip towel holder in a bathroom with the wastebasket.
